Sound works but dosnt.

When I test the sound with kde it works fine but none of the media players will play any sound. I'v tryed several different things I'v seen on this site and nothing works. This is on a 12 inch 2003 powerbook.

on the media players; make sure that the sound drivers are aRTs (thats the one kde uses) though u may want to see if you cant start any of the other sound server like esd or alsa and try their drvers in the media players.


Oh and what media players have you tried?
