Problems with X and Pointer (AKA mouse shite) SOLVED!

Debian
All in one G3
OldWorld
I kept having problems with the X server saying it could not open the input device. That is becuase the specified input device was a PS/2 mouse, instead of the ADB mouse I _am_ using.

I could not find any ADB mice configuration options anywhere. So I passed

Section "ServerFlags"
Option "AllowMouseOpenFail" "true"

EndSection

to the xconfig file "/etc/X11/XF86Config"

It didn't work, even though I could do that using the command line and X would start. I finally figured out that there was also /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 so I canged BOTH files around and bingo, X window works and runs KDE + Gnome just fine. And for some reason the mouse works too, even though there is no specified working mouse.

Just figured I would pass it around until someone starts a PPC wiki...
