My display goes wild after "high-performance calculations"

I recently installed YDL 6.2 on my MacMini G4.
I've got 19" DVI display. Everything is (almost) OK (see my other topics here), but after i heavy-load my computer - X windows session goes wild!
1) I start YDL 6.2, login. Everything is smooth and OK.
2) I open console and simply do a "grep -r s /" - i search for s letter within whole file system
3) 30-60 seconds after - MY DISPLAY shows fuzzy/distorted picture.
4) I can still connect to my computer through SSH and restart X session. It helps and i log in again successfully
The problem is not in my MacMini hardware! I tested it using Mac OS X Tiger for a couple of days - everything is fine.
Can you help me with that problem? Thank you!
