Howto Faq Forums
Posted: 25 Feb 2009, 23:57I was looking at forums.opensuse.org (and thinking about installing opensuse on one of my PS3's ...)
This is cool what they're doing:

This is how it looks on the forum:

So they have two Howto forums -- one read-only which has been reviewed by staff members and an unreviewed subforum with posts by community members. The staff members review Howtos posted by community members and copy them (or not) into the read-only section.
Nice idea, I think.
Seems to be a good way to know if you're following a guide that has been well tested and reviewed vs. something that's still a work-in-progress or needs correction.
