Yellow Dog Linux

I have my mouse setup to command click for open in new tab in safari. Works great in all forums except this one. Not only does it open the link in a new tab, the original tab opens the link too, so when you close the tab it's still the same page. First time I've come across this. Is there a fix?

Right click and select new tab works fine.

i dont believe theres a fix-think it has something to do w/ how safari deals w/ the script/code if someone can check that it works in another browser then ill know for sure that its a safari issue

Just checked with Mozilla 1.7.7...same thing.
Don't have any other browsers, 'cept Mozilla in YDL and haven't mapped my 8 button mouse (Logitech MX700 - UsbOverdrive in Tiger) in it yet.
