YDL via Playstation Store

Just for fun, totally off-topic:
Wouldn't be nice to install YDL in the same manner as "Playstation Home" or "Playstation Live", possibly a 700mb download from the PSN store (free or pay-version, not really important). So it would be like a new menu within the GameOS.
When you run it, then it would run exactly as an installed YDL or even better, since there is full access to for example the SPE's, RSX, and so forth. Applications available via add-ons (playstation store). Updates (codecs) via firmware update, and so forth...
Just for fun, would this be possible?
What do I need, billions $, licenses and a game contract with Sony? lol
