I am getting a ps3 with yellow dog linux pre-installed. I am going to start learning the programming language this year so i can start making basic videogames, which will help me with advanced stuff later. I have never owned a computer in my life so i don't understand most of the stuff you guys talk about.
I want ask exactly what i have to do to use Yellow Dog to its full advantage. I need to know how much internet costs, if i need any sort of protection like an anti-virus software if i'm going onto the internet with my ps3, and i also ask for any help you can give me as a newbie using c++, if any of you know anything about that. Any help would be appreciated.
