Emulator Slow FPS Fix

Finally solved my slow FPS for virtually every emulator I have...via scale tool! If you see your emulator running at 30/60 FPS. Then I suggest reading up on these.

Great invention! But now that I think about it...I wonder if I can apply this same concept to my slow gamecube emulator on windows...! I'm gonna have to find a similar scaling tool to use though.
