Mame issues

Ok ive got mame installed as well as the QMC2 frontend im having a problem were everytime i load a rom it shows a black loading screen showing the percent that its loaded and whenever it gets to 100% it exits back to the qmc2 window ive tried several diffeerent roms and i get the same results everytime. help with this issue would be much appreciated thanks in advance.
