qtSixa - or something like it?

Postby exploitz » 17 Apr 2010, 20:33

This is probably ridiculous of me to ask but here goes anyways :)

I just came from an Ubuntu 9.10 install on my ps3 and I decided to give YDL a try because I often found myself getting angry that none of the Emu's I wanted would work.

I used qtSixa (a GUI Sixaxis Bluetooth setup util) to get my emulators working with my controller on ubuntu, however I havent had any luck getting that to work on YDL.

Being a noob using linux im looking for something easy to use or if someone could help me set it up without qtsixa that would be great too!

Thanks

Give it a try, I use it for bulk extracting, and moving all my roms to the correct folders.

It's a very simple process:

Also, since you're interested in emulators, you'll probably want to set up the "ps3bodega" repo as described here:

Thanks for the help :) Ive already got the PS3Bodega repo added haha, but Ill try following that guide now.

Also.. there is no easy way to remove the zerogame project, or the files, folders, and configurations it created is there?

I made the mistake of installing it and it gave me an error yet continued to run. I don't know what happened but I just want to undo the changes it made :0

There's no uninstaller that I'm aware of, so yeah you'd have to examine the script and reverse the changes manually. I don't think it would be too big of a deal but still it might be faster/easier just to reinstall YDL.
