Well, its kind of odd that I haven't turned on my PS3 for weeks but when I did the other night it locked up on boot up which it has never done before (I think it it was just a random thing though). Other then that, it has locked up about six times I would say while playing WarHawk (online) over its few year life. It also gets warm I guess after awhile and fan kicks up to level two after 20-30 minutes. I've seen images of the crappy thermal paste Sony uses on the Sony Forums and that it dries up after awhile. So I would like to get get some Arctic 5 thermal paste in there and clean out the dust. However, I've never opened up a PS3 before but have built several computers myself so guess it couldn't be too hard. Or I could send it to the company and let them do it (as for the firmware, I already asked, they don't update).
