How to download torrents

I have recently installed ydl 6.2 ps3. I want to download [torrents] via ydl, i don't have a torrent installed so i need an idiots guide from step 1 right through to the finnish. I'm connecting a external hardrive by the way hope you can help. I think i should point out that that up to now i've installed opera and have my email acc up & running (amazingly) thats all i've done up to now i want to take this a bit at a time. Appreciate all assistance.

By the way - Opera has a torrent downloader built in.

Also - you'll probably have to open up ports on the PS3s firewall, and if you're using a firewall/router you'll have to set up port forwarding on that device as well.

i got Deluge A bittorrent client.
but im having hard time finding a Good place to download Good torrents
i say good because i want the site im downloading from Reliable. i dont want to download a Bug.

Utorrent is what i use on my laptop or isohunt they both seem safe enough.
