It most likely won't work. According to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FL_Studio

FL Studio is written in Borland Delphi a version of Pascal and thus there are no finalized plans to develop a native 64-bit version for either Windows, Linux or Mac OS X, as there is no Mac version for Borland Delphi, aside from the non-Borland Delphi compilers OpenPascal, FreePascal, Virtual Pascal and GNU Pascal.

FL Studio 9 has been noted to work in Mac OS X 10.5.7 Leopard using WineBottler, a fork of Darwine, and in Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic, using the normal Wine, with ASIO support.

What this means is that it's a Windows-only program. The only way to run it on PS3 would be to use the x86 emulator QEMU to run a version of Windows, and even then it most likely won't work since PS3s don't have ASIO.

Remember - PS3s have a PowerPC core, and Windows is Intel (x86 or x86-64), so you can't run the binaries directly - even with Wine. Instead, you always have to use an x86 emulator like QEMU, with the accompanying speed penalty.

Cheers,
Paul
