Does anyone know how to disable a boot password on IBM thinkpad.

i know there are backdoor passwords or whatever, but i cant find the one that works for my thinkpad. please. i want to install a linux on it. just cant log in. please help. thanx in advance for your help =]

Hiya!

You may be better off posting this question on an ThinkPad forum. The IBM (now Lenovo) ThinkPad uses x86 architecture - this forum is dedicated to machines that use PowerPC architecture. That would be older Macs, PS3s, and very high-end IBM Blade servers, to name a few.
