SUN GRID ENGINE over Yellowdog

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right board to ask this. I'm currently working on y graduation thesis and I'm trying to deploy a small GRID using globus toolkit. I must install SUN GRID ENGINE in one of the nodes but I can't seem to find binaries for yellowdog nor fedora/ppc. Does anyone knows a god place to download binaries for YDL or maybe some instructions to build from source if it is posible? By the way I'm also trying to install TORQUE pbs from source but it fails, does anyone knows if TORQUE can be build from source for YDL/PPC?.

You can try here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/gsbt/

or another grid tool here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/gpe4gtk/

You weren't too specific regarding Torque, but I believe this may be along the lines which you are looking for:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/torque-webmin/

Remember when in doubt look for projects in Sourceforge.net first, especially at the level of work you are engaging in. You'll have to probably build your own binaries from source, but you should not find that daunting.

One more thing, there are explanations within the YDL Board which discuss how to point yum to official public YDL mirrors as well as other distributions which could have what you are looking for. Here is that link:

All the best...
