Hi,

OS X has impressed me, but I am looking for an alternative because I get not along
with it very good.

Can I have a kind of dual boot system?

And what is with the keymap, I heard it is very screwed up for mac's and takes
hours to fix.

Will my airport card work?

Is it stable?

Thanks for the help in advance :)

Dual boot is no problem.

The keymap "feels" normal, I can't exactly tell because I have a German keyboard
with a US setting, but it seems to be right.
The only thing I miss is a DEL key? Is there a little trick. There sure is, elsewise
I use the keygrabber to simulate one.

Airport worked for me right with the installation, no extra setup.
I have a g3 900, so very similar to yours, should be the same.

greets kamia

Well YDL already has the keymap taken care of-no config or anything like that there. yaboot will let u do a dual boot system-u can also run mac osx inside of linux with a prog. called mol. and as long as ur airport card is one of the older ones (not extreme) it will work-the extreme cards are probably gonna take a while before their running well
