i forgot to format the HD and now
I'm stuck at kboot and cant get away

Haven't seen it do that. Did you ever get it back to the Game OS with the instructions posted in that link?

The PS3 may be forced to return to the GameOS by holding the power button for more than 5 seconds at power on. This resets your PS3 to factory default audio & video settings.

You completely turn off your PS3 using the switch on the back, turn it back on with the switch on the back, then hold down the power "button" on the front for more than 5 seconds or so (until it beeps -- twice I think) and resets to the default audio/video settings plus boots the Game OS.

If that's not working for you ... I don't know what else to suggest.
