YDL 6.1 on Xserve G4 - Warning Indicator

After managing to install YDL 6.1 via a net install, I have to say I'm very impressed by the new version. With that said, shortly before the install the warning indicator came up amber on the front of the Xserve and I can't seem to turn if off. I don't believe there is anything wrong with the hardware, but I'm not sure how else to check. Does anyone here have the same problem or have been able to turn off the warning light? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
