YDL 6.1 on 40g, v2.70 issues

Hello,
I tried to install 6.1 on my 40g ver 2.70 ps3. After i boot on OTHEROS, The installation doesn't seem to start, everything seems to work until i get my lease to the internet(tried it with network cable unplugged, same issue), kboot: appears, i tried install_ps3_1080p, install_ps3_720p, i get the same result(last line it shows is: /init: /init: 1246: /mnt/root/ppc/ppc64/vmlinux: input/output error). i Burned and veryfied with imgBurn, booted with otheros from the dvd. I'm probably doing a thing wrong, I read a couple post and didn't find a post with the same problem, please link if i missed it.

I'm assuming you've formatted the drive from the Game OS to give YDL a 10 GB partition... ? Checked sha1sum on .iso file before burning DVD?

Yes i formated with 10g for the other OS, I will give a try on a version from another site, I found a SHA1SUM calculator and it were not showing the same code but i am not sure the calculator were working fine.
