Yup. Here's the deal. During the install, it will ask you if you have a YDL.Net account. This is a subscription based service that gets you priority service, custom servers, etc. If you say you have a YDL.net account, but you actually don't, this will write out incorrect repo files.
NOTE: You don't need a YDL.net account to use the YDL repositories. Again - it's a custom account. You get the same software regardless if you have a YDL.net account or not.
So - again - the file I posted should match the contents on your PS3. If it doesn't, you will have to edit it so that it does. You will also have to edit the yellowdog-base.repo and yellowdog-updates.repo files as well. The full list of default YDL files are here:
