Friends,
can i update to V6.2 from V6.1 or have to reinstall completely?
How is the KDE in V6.2, kept in V5 still?

Yes, you can update using yum from ydl6.1 to ydl 6.2 , provided you have stock ydl 6.1 packages on your system.
