Out of disk space error, 867mhz 12" PB

Hey everyone, I'm new here.

I've been trying to install YDL 6.2 on a 867Mhz Powerbook 12" 640MB of ram. I've followed all of the instructions from the YDL install guides EXACTLY, but the installer keeps telling me that I'm probably out of disk space. Eventually, the installer quits and freezes.

Am I the only one with this issue? I've been all over Google looking for solutions, so far no help. Any thoughts would be great!

**UPDATE!*

I got it installed and running great. I 'think' the problem was MagicISO. I used that program to burn the ISO to disk three times, each with the same disk space error.

This last time, I used BurnAware Free. ...I'm happy to say, install went super smooth this time. I hope this helps anyone with a similar issue.
