PS3 Hanging at Kboot prompt

I just installed YDL 6.2 to my PS3 off my USB drive. I followed the directions from the Quick Start Guide. The first time I didn-t partition my drive, the second time I did. I have tried leaving the USB drive in and I have also taken it out after installation/reboot. Everything seems to be working fine, but when it gets to the KBOOT prompt and I push tab, nothing happens. I also try typing in install_ps3_1080i and nothing happens. I-ve tried typing ydl_usb_1080i with the USB drive in AND out.... Nothing happens... I need help!? ): Please....

I have the CECHA01 PS3, with the 60gb hard, 4 usb ports, etc.

Did you purchase one of the USB drives from Fixstars? I'm not clear on what exactly you're doing ...
