Upgrade resolution from 720p to 1080p

Hello all,
I installed YDL 6.1 a while back using install_ps3_720p, and successfully configured it for my 32" Sony Bravia with 720p resolution.

I now have a 47" Vizio connected and now my YDL desktop is very grainy. I'm assuming this is because it's still at the 720p resolution.

What is the procedure for updating the resolution from 720p to 1080p?
