YDL/PS3 Installation Problems (SOLVED)
Posted: 17 Jan 2010, 06:58Hello, I am trying (so far in vain) to install YDL 6.2 as a second OS on my 80 Gb Phat PS3. After my third install attempt, I am here seeking advice.
I have followed the Adobe PDF install instructions to a tee (twice), but after rebooting, my PS3 simply hangs and does nothing else. So far on my TV I am seeing a paragraph of code regarding "Call Trace:" errors and nothing else. Maybe someone here can help me out?
This is my first foray into Linux, so please be gentle!

Some users have reported problems using certain keyboards. What keyboard are you using? Also, be sure to unplug any other USB devices/hubs besides a mouse.
Unplugging my usb hub and connecting my keyboard and mouse straight to my ps3 solved my problems!
