Can't install YDL 5.01 and 5.02 on my G4. Screen freezes.

I've got many problems with YDL (i will post more topics). My current question is related to YDL 5.0x
I had problems with YDL 6.2: it works for a couple of minutes, but then it hangs .... my MacMini G4 is alright. I've tried to run Mac OS X Tiger and it worked fine. So that is not a hardware problem. So i tried to install YDL 5.0x - but i can't!
1) Setup is loading and everythin' looks fine
2) Then i click Next button and my display switches off

My display is DVI SyncMaster 19".
Can you help me with that problem? Thank you.
