Bluetooth - YDL 3.0.1

Postby Guest » 09 Oct 2004, 17:12

As a complete beginner to Linux and YDL, how can I setup and use Bluetooth? I have a G4 1.33 PowerBook with built-in Bluetooth as well as a Sony VAIO USB Bluetooth adapter, so I could use either.

I can't seem to find anything in YDL allowing Blutooth to be set up or used but I understand that Bluetooth utilities and/or drivers are included?

I intend to get a YDL 4 boxed set with manual, so hopefully it will be covered, but until then any help would be appreciated.

I took a look at my ydl v4.0 kernel config file (sorry i dont have a v3.0.1 install handy) and from what I found the bluetooth stuff is compiled as modules so you'll need to probably load the modules that are necessary for it to work. Im not sure what modules are need exactly for the chipsets you have. Anyone else have it working and can give me the modules that are loaded.
Til our paths cross again
