Sorry not sure if this is the right place to post this.
I have just installed ydl6.1 on my ps3 however i am having problems on my first bootup. i keep getting the error message.
INIT: Id "x" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes
not sure what to do. Should i reinstall? Any help is appreciated

I'd go ahead and check the sha1sum on the .iso file used to burn the DVD, and if that turns out OK, possibly try burning the DVD again using different software, then re-install. See the README post in the PS3 subforum for instructions on doing that.
Or there may be a simple fix, but I haven't seen anyone here mention that problem before (as far as I recall, anyway

Burned the .iso file using new software and a fresh disc. Works fine now. Thanks.
