Wahcade.tar.bz2 help please

I followed the steps for the install the easy way. Seemed i was missing some stuff, everything worked fine. Thanx a million. Now I'm trying to install wahcade.tar.bz2 extracted to desktop. Now I'm stuck i tried yum install wahcade and got :

If you could please point me in the right direction on some steps to follow to get this up and running, and maybe other steps to get the snes, nes, sega emulators. That would be greatly appreciated. You guys are AWESOME Thanks, Steve
