install plugins (how to shut it off)

ok so when im playing runescape this yellow bar always comes down the page and says install plugins..... it makes the game freeze and i always die all the time in the game. I was wondering if u could shut it down or make the plugins off or something. its the advertisments ontop of the screen that make it do that.
