I have few questions,
1) how to get the Screen save work in Enlightenment?
2) how to set the fixed size of the Terminal in Enlightenment and GNOME when open it, something like the KDE and Xfe4?
3) how to get the KDE C++ IDE work in Xfe4?
4) how to get the youtube work on Firefox?

see here viewtopic.php?f=19&t=4439 I'd recommend vlc/mozilla-vlc but if you want to try mplayer try the user script hqtube, mtube doesn't seem to work anymore.

how to set the fixed size of the Terminal

it should remember the size it was when it was closed, or does it always appear to be maximized ? if so place the mouse at the bottom right edge then click and drag the window to the desired size
