Transmission torrent help!

Okay I just downloaded Transmission (a torrent client). I've downloaded one successful file so far and now trying to download a second one.
The second torrent have multiple files on it to download. What I want to do is to only download certain file from that torrent. It seems like its not possible and it looks like you need to download the whole folder. Is there a way to download a certain file? Or is there a torrent client that will let me do that.

I've used Azureus before on an XP system which let me do that. I saw somewhere on the forum that Azureus is a memory hog on YDL 6.2 ps3.

Installed the graphical package(not the GTK+) from the repo. Should I installed both? the other was an older version and said fd6

Try rtorrent, it is in freebsd port but I know it is support linux too.
