Having problems completing download with YDL 6.2

Hi guys, having problems with completing the installation files i downloaded from one of the mirrors!! i seem to get to the end of the programme, and it say's installation completed!! press the reboot button to restart your system. But when i do this it goes straight back to the start of the install, not sure why!!! must have missed something out along the way. Can you advise
