In better news (for me anyway) - my build of Firefox 3.6.17 for ppc is done. billb - I'll send you the links to the RPMs.

Paul, you're only like a few days behind Fedora x86 in getting those builds out. Even though I don't use Linux on my PS3 (@#$#), I appreciate the work that you do.

Thanks! 8)

BTW - if you're using an x86-64 RHEL derivative, and don't feel like waiting for Fedora, I have RPMs for those too. I'm using YDL for CUDA at work, and I practice build there first.

Cheers,
Paul

Firefox 3.6.17 is now available on the ps3bodega repo for YDL 6.2. :)

Also, I just updated minitube to the latest release (1.4.2).

hey, i was just looking through your forum and couldn't access the links for the Firefox updates. I am running YDL 6.2 on a dual 1.8 Ghz G5. My current Firefox version is 3.0.16, and would like to try some of your revisions.

If you add the ps3bodega software repo for YDL 6.2, you'll be able to easily update to Firefox ESR 10.0.6 (by running manual yum update or automatic updates).

Instructions for adding the repo are here:
