Forgotten password!!

Hello!
I have a PS3 with YDL installed. Today when i tried to login I found out that I have forget my password/username!!
Is there anyway to get it?
Should be very happy for answer!!

Do you still know the master password for the root user? If so, you can login as root, then use the passwd command to reset the password for your normal login.

If you never created a normal user, and you've only been using root - ooh - bad form. Root user should never be used for day to day computing in Linux - it should be reserved for system administration only.
