ibar terminal comand

What do i have to type in the terminal to get to the ibar config screen. I was trying to hide it when I was watching a movie and now i can't find the damn thing. I was originally going to just create a new user. but I would lose some of my files and it would probably just be a pain in the neck having to copy all my memory to an external then into the system again.
