Is it possible to mount the PS3s Blu Ray drive on Dosbox?

I wish to know if it is possible to mount the PS3's blu ray drive on dosbos so I can use DOS CD-roms, and if so, how to do it. Thanks in advance.

Looks like you mount a cdrom using the mount point in Linux (look in /media after inserting your CD):
