DLink DWL-G122 USB WiFi adapter on YDL 6.1 (PowerMac G4)

Postby oliverbock » 29 Jul 2009, 04:56

I am trying to get a DLink DWL-G122 USB WiFi adapter working on a PowerMac G4 running Yellow Dog 6.1. Unfortunately this adapter is not listed in Network Configuration. I have tried downloading the Ralink RT73 drivers, but they do not build:

Code: Select all
$ make all
make -C /lib/modules/2.6.27-1.ydl61.4/build SUBDIRS=/root/2009_0713_RT73_Linux_STA_Drv1.1.0.3/Module modules
make[1]: Entering directory `/lib/modules/2.6.27-1.ydl61.4/build'

(Strangely the Makefile is trying to recursively build in /root/2009_0713_RT73_Linux_STA_Drv1.1.0.3/Module. I don't know what this is about.)

Any ideas?
