Lack of response frm YDL.NET - what to do

Hi.

Tried to purchase a YDL.NET account, but my credit card was rejected ???

However after checking my account, I can see that Fixstars have debited the amount ($70) from my account, but they havn't set up my YDL.NET account.

Have tried mailing them, and using their supprot form - No reply.

What to do ?
