visual basic 2008

hello, i have ydl 6.3 installed on my ps3 console and was wondering if i could run visual basic 2008 ? has anyone had any sucess or even heard of it being done? i thought i could save some cash on buying a laptop/desktop for school (: any feedback on this would be appreciated......thnx,gmo
