Yellow Dog Linux

I was wondering how could i install different windows managers that are not on the repositories?
such as the EDE windows manager - http://equinox-project.org/ used in minix.

I'm guessing i'll have to compile it? :/

tried compiling it, but it came out with an error missing all of efltk..

seems that ydl and ps3bodega don't have it, haven't tried the fedora repos yet, but I doubt it.
I did find some efltk dependencies some were on the newt, i think off some old mandriva ppc repos, but no luck, because when i tried installing efltk, says missing 3 devil dependencies which weren't on their repo site.

though this windows manager isn't really important, besides there's already ~8 windows managers for ydl.
