Firefox ESR 10.0.4 available

Postby ppietro » 26 Apr 2012, 18:36

New Firefox ESR release 10.0.4 is available from CentOS repos. I'll give it a spin in YDL for CUDA and let you guys know when I have updated spec files ready for YDL PPC.

UPDATE: Okay - my YDL for CUDA build is done, and I have some spec files! Here's a ZIP archive of the xulrunner and firefox spec files I modified for YDL.

The SRPMs you'll need are here:
http://vault.centos.org/5.8/updates/SRP ... os.src.rpm
and here:
http://vault.centos.org/5.8/updates/SRP ... _8.src.rpm

Everything else in your build tree - i.e. libvpx, etc. - can remain the same. Just like last time, the xulrunner spec has webm enabled.

Cheers,
Paul

billb - did you ever get a chance to build ESR 10.0.4 for PowerPC?
