What should I choose YDL 4.1 or Fedora Core 5 ppc

I have PowerMac G5 with 1.25 GB ram and want to load linux on it, but I don't know if I am having trouble choosing the distro. I want to install YDL but Fedora core 5 is has more features like X11R7, newer graphics drivers (not so sure for ppc), in terms of performance which dsitro should I be choosing. Thanks in advance.

i would actually give both a chance.
if you have some spare time test both of them and find out which performs better and supports more features right away.

and of course, tell us :-D

I wish I could do that, but I have limited hard disk space. Would take me atleast 2-3 hours to update both my mac os and linux. Or I could wait for the next release of YDL that would certainly have some kick ass features. In my opnion YDL would be more optimized for G5 rather than Fedora Core 5, but I could be wrong.
