Yellow Dog Linux

Hi,

I am in desperate need of help, I am student, and I just got a job, and the job requires me to have linux on my comp, and because of the way the place I live in is, all we have is a wireless connection?

I can access the wireless router, and be an admin under it. But I have read all over the place that YDL doesn't work with Airport Extreme, so what is one to do?

Can anyone help me on what they have done to be able to access their wireless networks.

I have a iBook G4.

if you really need wlan, you need to buy an usb wireless lan thinggy (dongle? stick?), there are a few which work quite well, try searching the forum ore the ydl mailing list, this issue has been discuseed and there are some howto's around.
