I am familiar with the problems conserning both airport extreme, 802.1g usb devices in general. But when i search the web I find cases where people both got airport extreme and other devices to work. The problem is lack of documentation.

What my self and a lot of other people need is Howto's!

My Linux knowledge is at this point not strong enough for me to get this to work on my own.

So if anybody have had any luck getting Airport Extreme or 3com (3CRUSB10075) to work on a powerbok with ydl 4.0/4.1 or any other PPC distros. Please share the information!

taking a look at the gentoo thread it should be possible to just follow their instructions and do it yourself (means you will have to compile and meet any deps manually) [correction well sort of, requires quite a bit of work but it should be possible]

I just found the Gentoo thread to day, so I'll post the results of my effort tommorow. It's getting late in Norway. :-)
