Yellow Dog Linux

Hi,
I've just installed yellow dog 4.01 on my ibook G4 of 12''. It works fine, but it doesn't reckon the modem. What must I do?

modem isnt supported, take a look at ydl hw support ibook and go to the bottem where it discusses modems and you'll see why

And about a webcam or a digital camera? I've seen that in the center of control there's a list of devices supported. Unfortunately, my digital camera isn't there. I've tried with 'mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/sda1' but without success. Is there a way out?

not many webcams are supported but quite a few digital cameras are whats the specs of yours i may know a program thatll work

My digital camera is a Olympus mju-400; my webcam a Logitech quickcam pro 4000. I tried to install digikam but without success.
