I was just wondering if anyone knows if YDL 4.0 will work on anything without built in USB. I was looking at it a bit and it seems to be big on USB G3's or newer. If so..... that sucks.

i think that itll probably install on the older hardware (if they havent made too many changes to anaconda it should still at least partially recognize the hardware) Though you will most likely have to do some config stuff on your own

You're a wonderful human being, sloopy! That'll be extremely helpful to semi-noobs like me.

Will your guide cover old clunkers like my Wallstreet 266MHz?

Nice one Sloopy, it's great that I can still get good use out of my 7600.

I currently have problems with no sound in YDL 3.0.1 kernel 2.6.5

Do you think there'll be sound support for powersurge based models like my 7600 in YDL 4?

... where can i found the How-To
