PSX maybe. Although every PS3 can play PSX games in the GameOS - and that's already emulated. Unlike the PS2, which used a PS1 for its I/O controller, the PS3 uses a software PSX emulator.
The others won't be easy. Currently, the PS3's hypervisor prevents direct access to the nVidia RSX graphics chip. What this means is that Linux has no accelerated 3D video - only a simple, CPU driven, framebuffer display.
Since those other systems you've mentioned have more advanced 3D systems, you'd need hardware accelerated OpenGL to run emulators like this in Linux. And, with the hypervisor lockout of the PS3's GPU to Linux, this isn't currently possible.
There have been a couple of projects to try and use some of the unused Cell SPEs to act like a hardware OpenGL accelerator, but they're kind of stalled right now.
