Basic Accounts.
Due to protection of your privacy, terminated Basic (email) accounts are never re-activated.
Enhanced Accounts.
If your Enhanced account has been demoted to the Basic status, you may regain Enhanced status by purchasing a 6 month membership via the Terra Soft on-line Store.
Pro & OEM Accounts.
If your Pro or OEM accounts have been demoted to the Basic status, you may repurchase system licenses via your Terra Soft or OEM account manager.
