Note: This card is no longer manufactured. It has been replaced by the Netgear WG511T for which the driver is built into the kernel.
- Download the firmware (called "isl3890").
- Save in /lib/firmware/ (this is different from the location for YDL v4.0)
- Modify /etc/modprobe.conf and add the following line:
alias eth1 prism54
- Insert the Netgear card.
- Now launch YDL Menu --> System Settings --> Network Control Panel. Create a new Device. Make certain to choose the prism54 device. Then activate eth1.
